Fuse Energy Review - Geeky Gorevan

Fuse Energy is a new kid on the block, from Sweden. These drinks come in Effervescent tablets that you drop into water, so it is a really convenient way of carrying powdered energy around.

I had an issue with my order, in that they had run out of stock of the flavours I ordered and they sent different flavours without reaching out first. The team gave me a partial refund as they just gave me doublers of flavours I already ordered.

Unfortunately, this is the first energy company to get a big fat 1/10. The marketing and the videos make the drinks look delicious, but in reality they are just vile… This is what this website is all about, trying out the marketing hypes and calling out the BS!

Taste: 1/10	I’m actually gutted to say that these were absolutely horrid. They have that distinct taste that you get with fizzy medicinal drinks. I took one drink of the flavours and poured the rest away.
Effectiveness: 8.5/10	160mg of caffeine per serving.
Price: 8.5/10	£12.89 (£9.99 for a tube of 20 tablets and £2.90 postage), which works out at £0.65 per drink.
Grittiness: 10/10	No grit at all.
Range of Flavours: 4/10	There were 5 flavours in total at the time of writing this, but two of them were out of stock.
Marketing: 1/10	Nothing very exciting.
