Don’t Buy Heights Vitamins Until You Read This Review

I’m not sure if you are the same, but I can’t go on any social media at the moment without having Heights Vitamin adverts everywhere, with celebrities all endorsing it. I had been waiting for my next ‘is this marketing BS or real’ product to pop up, and this fits the bill perfectly.

Vitamins are a very saturated market with a lot of people (including myself) sceptical that they don’t just turn your pee expensive when you pee out all of those lovely vitamins, but in the name of NO BS Reviews, I’ll take the hit for you and let me know if it works for me.

I’ve just ordered the vitamins, but the idea (like most of my pages) is that I will keep this page live and document how the product works over time. I also know that some of this stuff can be subjective, so if it does or doesn’t work for me, that doesn’t mean that the opposite won’t happen for you, but at least you will be able to make up your own mind based on my experience.

For context, I’m an overweight male, aged 37. Low-Mid activity (mostly walking for the school run with my 5-year-old). My diet isn’t great, I try but love my grub… Only reason that I’m mentioning this is that hopefully that also gives some insight to my lifestyle, and if you are similar, maybe the results on this trial will be similar?

Anyway, let’s get a bit of an overview of what is in the vitamins before we jump into the review.

Let’s get started

I’ll update this section regularly with how I feel, but I will also give a bit of context using Google Health app (connected to my FitBit) from before I started and throughout the trial, just to give some data.

Stats before Heights

These came at a good time because I was feeling extra lethargic the past few weeks, everything has started to feel like a chore and my sleeping has been a bit up and down. Below are the stats from Google Health, but since I don’t recall how I felt every specific day, but I’ve added what I can remember. For context, the sleep duration that is shown is actually from the night before, but Health App shows it as the day (as that is the day that is affected. For example, Sunday’s sleep duration was from Saturday night)

Stats After Heights

I started taking the pills on Thursday evening, when they came through the post (couldn’t help myself), then again on Friday morning. I’ll continue to take them each morning from now on. One immediate side effect I can see is that my pee is luminous yellow lol.

DaySleep DurationSleep ScoreNotes
Friday8h 49m69I was knackered from the previous 3 days of poor sleep, so likely unrelated to the pills starting. As a result of the good sleep, I feel pretty great today so far.
Saturday8h 45m77Felt okay during the day, but felt a bit under the weather in the evening, so went to bed early.
