Sneak’s Pear Drops & Refresh’r flavours were part of the Candy Shop limited drop in April 2025 with a fun cartoon-y vibe on the packaging. I’ve had pear drops flavour before, but was really interested to see their take on the Refresher bar!

The taste test
Pear Drops
This one is interesting. It has a really cool pink colour when you mix it up, which is really appetising.
I’m not a massive fan of pear drops, but this is so very subtle that you probably wouldn’t pair (pun) it to pear drops, if you weren’t told. It doesn’t really have a candy taste, in my opinion though. I would probably rate this one a 6/10, simply because it was easy to drink, but the flavour was pretty mediocre at best.
Refresh’r
I did have high hopes for this one, but the flavour just didn’t match my expectations, unfortunately. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a horrible flavour, but it is just a bit bland and doesn’t really deliver on what I was hoping for.
Does it taste like anything else on the market?
Yes! Wraith have a pear drop flavour that, although doesn’t fully match the taste profile, it does taste more like the pear drops sweets that Sneak’s version (Check it out here). X-Zero also have a pear & Lemon flavour that basically tastes like a mix between pear drops and sherbert lemons (check them out here)
As for refresh’r, I don’t think I’ve tasted anything like that before, and honestly don’t imagine a company would come up with something like this (it’s pretty unique).
