Sneak’s Hair of the Dog was a limited edition flavour that was released for Halloween as part of the Sneak Monster promotion. Part of this promotion had High Voltage Sour Gummy, AB Negative Strawberry & Kiwi & Lagoon Water Blueberry Lemonade.
As soon as I saw this flavour, I thought to myself ‘This will be an excellent flavour’. I’m a massive Monster Mango Loco fan (prior to moving to powdered energy) and just love mango-flavoured drinks in general (Correction, artificial mango flavour!), so I’m always keen to try anything that could remotely taste like this flavour.
The taste test
I was really excited to try this flavour finally, but usually, when I hype up a flavour, it ends in tragedy! This flavour, however, was the exception!
This flavour is completely outstanding and I would now say that it is the BEST flavour that sneak has ever made!
The mango and peach flavour complement each other really well and it is so smooth to drink. There isn’t any bitterness or sourness that could ruin it, it’s just perfect. Very well played to Sneak on this one!

Does it taste like anything else on the market?
In terms of other powdered energy drinks, I’m afraid not (I need this to be a permanent flavour of Sneak!). But does it taste like any other drinks? Yes! This is the closest powdered energy drink to Monster’s Mango Loco!
