Does Sneak GOAT Live up to the Hype?

So I finally got around to trying Sneak’s new energy drink GOAT. Sneak GOAT is marketed as a premium version of their energy powder, demanding a higher tub price with fewer servings and no ability to use discount codes towards the payment.

There has been some conflict in the powdered energy drink world with Wraith Energy calling them out stating that the ingredients wouldn’t cost more and that the industry’s ingredients have gone down in price, insinuating that this is just clever marketing by Sneak. As a result of this, Wraith have reduced the price of their products to ‘pass on the savings’.

But with that aside, let’s find out if Sneak GOAT lives up to their claims of being the premium product in the industry.

Why bother? There are already loads of reviews.

Well if you are one of over ten thousand people who have visited my site in the past few months, you will know that I don’t pull any punches. The industry is littered with sponsored posts with fake reviews to make some cash at your expense. I have always been 100% authentic and call out poor flavours and brands that I think need to do better, while being an advocate of the deserving.

If you want to take a look at my full comparison and review page, you can view it here. It’s constantly updated and if there is ever a brand or flavour you want reviewed, just drop me an email!

What makes GOAT so special?

Sneak’s premium energy now comes packed with a tonne of new vitamins and brain-boosting bits, including BrainBerry, boasting that it will make an impact on your body and mind. There are videos and pages on their website that is dedicated to how much of an impact this will have on your brain and your gut.

Does Sneak GOAT taste nice?

As with all of my reviews, I must state that taste is very much subjective, however, if you find yourself with the same taste preferences as my other reviews, then hopefully you will feel the same way as I do!

GOAT Apple & Cherry

This was the first GOAT flavour that I tried. It took me quite by surprise if I’m honest. The apple and cherry worked incredibly well together. It was bitter, but sweet at the same time, and left you feeling refreshed.

I couldn’t get enough of this one and would rate it a strong 9/10!

GOAT Raspberry Lemonade

Second up we have the Raspberry Lemonade. General reviews see this one land in second place behind the apple and cherry. I must say that I do agree, but I don’t think there is much in it! The Raspberry is the more dominant flavour here, with subtle lemonade coming in as an aftertaste.

I’m not usually a massive fan of raspberry lemonade flavours, but Sneak seem to do them quite well. I’m tied between this and their standard Raspberry Lemonade, however.

Does it really make you more focused and have more energy?

In a word… No. Don’t get me wrong, I felt about the same as I do with any of the other energy drinks that I take while I’m working or gaming, but I didn’t get any extra buzz or feeling or better concentration.

If I’m honest, although there is more ingredients in this that can help you with concentration, I can’t help but feel that if anyone does feel the benefits, that it is probably a placebo effect because it is branded as a premium product and that it insists that it will increase your concentration.

I would still really recommend this product however as it tastes great and if you are willing to pay a premium price for a great flavour, then please do.
