Crazy Bones were simple little plastic characters that swept playgrounds throughout the UK (and the world!). I was no exception to this craze, my brothers and I had a Persil net bag full of them (I have no idea why Persil net bags were the unofficial carry bag of Crazy Bones!)
Although the actual gameplay varied from school to school (there were a lot of games you could play), our school had you place your crazy bones on the group upright, and your opponent had to try to knock yours over to claim them. If they missed, it became your turn to do the same, until there were no figures left. I will create a section on this page that goes over the different game types too.
My most fond memories were of the ‘Buddies’ and ‘Mutants’ lines (I didn’t know there were different lines back then)
Make sure to check back on this page as it will be updated frequently until I get all of the lists complete!
Here I will list all the figures you could get, along with their packaging (if I can).
Original Series (1996)

The original series of Crazy bones were released in 1996 and had 60 different characters in various colours. Although some of these ring a bell for me, most of them were likely purchased by accident, as the Buddies and Mutants lines were the popular ones when this craze was doing the rounds in our school!

This is one of the main series that was popular in our school. The Buddies line had 58 characters to collect. Each pack contained a sheet of stickers, a how-to-play card and four figures.
