Sneak Energy is back with another new product: Caffeine Gummies! I took part in their market research posts in 2024 and had a ‘Sneak’ preview of what was coming, and I must say I was very much looking forward to these!

What Are Sneak Energy Gummies?
Sneak Energy Gummies are small, chewable caffeine supplements designed to give you a quick energy hit without the need for mixing powder and water. Basically an energy drink in sweet form! Each gummie gives you a 10mg dose of caffeine! Each serving is 10 gummies (100mg) that you can take throughout the day, or all in one go for a BIG, instant buzz!
Another great point is that they are sugar-free, so that takes the guilt out of eating these gummies!
They are only 44 calories for 10 berry gummies, or 45 for 10 orange gummies.
Taste Test!
Now, when these were teased by Sneak on the community page, they made a point to mention that these aren’t traditional sweets and that they were packed with caffeine and vitamins, so the taste reflected this. That was a bit of a red flag for me at the start that these might be a bit rough to eat, but i’ll get into that in the table below.
When it comes to the texture of these gums, they are quite odd, they are thick, and you can tell they are packed with vitamins… It’s hard to describe with words! Not an unpleasant texture by any means, though.

Effectiveness – Do They Work?
I thought i would go full haul with my first try and take the whole serving of 10 at the one time. I would say that it took about 15 minutes for them to kick in, and i really did feel their effects! It didn’t give me the buzz that i usually get with the drinks though… I didn’t get the concentration and focus that I usually get, but it did make me feel quite hyperactive (even though i’m in my 30s).
My advice on these would be to take a smaller dose to get your ideal level, so that it doesn’t go too overboard and ends up making you distracted (which is the opposite of why i would use them).

The main reason that I was so excited about this product is the convenience factor! These are perfect for:

- Quick energy during gaming marathons
- Travel-friendly caffeine without liquids

Pricing & Value
Sneak Gummies are priced at £12 for 60 gummies (6 servings) or 120 gummies (12 servings) for £20.
